Board Members
The Lincoln-SMD 1 Wastewater Authority (LiSWA) is governed by a four-member Board of Directors composed of two City of Lincoln Council Members and two Placer County Supervisors. This joint structure reflects the collaborative nature of the Authority, which serves both the City of Lincoln and Sewer Maintenance District 1.

Meetings
The Board holds regular monthly meetings at Lincoln City Hall, Third Floor Council Chambers, 600 Sixth Street, Lincoln, CA 95648. For those who are unable to attend in person, meetings are also accessible via Zoom. We encourage community members to attend and get involved.
